Water Soluble Monocrystalline Diamond Compound, Heavy Concentration

Metallurgical Supplies Monocrystalline Diamond Compound is economical monocrystalline synthetic diamond.  The fine graded diamond abrasive particles are blocky and have sharp edges to ensure clean and efficient cutting.  Diamond compounds are specifically formulated for many industries but starting in the material preparation industry.  The series of heavy concentrated offer a higher concentration of diamond particles. 

They are formulated for ease of use in lapping and polishing systems where fast removal rates with high surface finishes are required. They are Water Base, so no harsh chemicals are needed for clean-up and compatible with glycol, water or alcohol-based lubricants. Diamond compounds are typically used as a stand-alone product or as a -inch base-inch before applying diamond suspension to polishing cloths.

Water Soluble (WS) - For use where exceptional cleaning is required and where petroleum contamination is prohibited. Specimen prep applications command this product.

Recommended for precision engineering and electronic applications where water-based products are preferred.  Can be used with Grinding Discs and with Polishing Cloths. Used in specimen preparation and cross section analysis

Color coded by micron size for easy identification.  Packaged in easy-to-use dispensing syringe.
