OIL BASED POLYCRYSTALLINE DIAMOND SUSPENSION - Oil based polycrystalline diamond suspension particles are in an oil-based media for the polishing of softer materials parts or for the requirement of a more aggressive cut.  The Polycrystalline oil based suspension is made from high-quality diamond particles with controlled particle size and shape to offer super quality polishing. The advantaged of polycrystalline is that the diamond particles are multi-faceted to offer higher cut rates.  Oil-based ready-to-use diamond slurry for highest performance in lapping and polishing of sapphire, ceramics, and metals. Tailored additives provide maximum material removal rate (MRR) while extending the process window for best performance. SPO diamond slurries feature up to 25 % higher material removal rate compared to other oil slurries. Novel stabilizers prevent precipitation of the diamond particles and thus help to enhance process stability. For application in machines with stirring units, the slurry is available without stabilizers.
